- Go to your account tab to make updates to your account.

How do I accept an order?
- When a new order comes in, you will see an email in your inbox. To accept the order, log in to your account and head to the orders tab. Click accept order.
How do I see my orders?
- To view your orders, head to the orders tab. View all orders or categorize by:
What happens if I can’t accept an order?
- This is rare, but we understand life happens! If you can’t accept an order, please reject the order and note why in the required box. Our Ops Team will follow up to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
- If you don’t have ingredients in stock for the requested menu item, but can do either a reduced quantity or another item, submit these changes within the platform. Our Ops Team will review the proposed changes and follow up with the Customer to confirm. Once confirmed you’ll receive an email notification and the order will show up in your Confirmed queue.
